What the company doesThe full company profile.

CoreWeave, Inc. is a specialist cloud infrastructure company built for artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, and accelerated workloads. The company provides GPU-based cloud computing, AI data centres, storage, networking, orchestration software, and managed infrastructure used by AI labs, enterprises, developers, and technology companies that need large-scale compute for training, inference, simulation, and other demanding workloads.

CoreWeave sits at the centre of the AI infrastructure boom. Rather than offering a general-purpose cloud like the traditional hyperscalers, the company focuses on purpose-built infrastructure for AI workloads, combining high-performance GPUs, dense data centre capacity, fast networking, and software designed to help customers deploy compute quickly and efficiently. As demand for AI training, inference, and cloud-based accelerated computing continues to grow, CoreWeave is positioned as one of the most prominent specialist providers of the physical and software infrastructure behind modern AI.

MethodologyHow ET&A values a company and reaches a view.

How we value CoreWeave Inc

  1. 1. The right method for the business. Each business is valued on the method that suits its economics — earnings for most companies, book value and returns for banks and insurers, cash flows or dividends where earnings mislead.
  2. 2. What the business deserves. ET&A builds a fair multiple from the company's own quality, sustainable growth, earnings predictability and risk. History, peers and the market are checked against it, but they don't set it.
  3. 3. Fair Value. The earnings (or other basis) per share multiplied by that fair multiple, cross-checked against independent methods.
  4. 4. Preferred Entry. A price below Fair Value that leaves room for the return ET&A requires for the company's risk.
  5. 5. Is it expensive? Today’s price is placed on ET&A’s Valuation Attractiveness scale — the same measure the ET&A Score uses. Cheap is the Preferred Entry; above Fair Value the shares are Expensive, and Very Expensive once they are more than 25% above it.

How we reach a view

The ET&A View combines our assessment of the business with where today’s price sits against our Preferred Entry and Fair Value. It is a considered judgement, not a mechanical score.

Nvidia Q2 Earnings Show the AI Infrastructure Boom Is Still Accelerating

Nvidia delivered another substantial earnings beat in its fiscal second quarter, with revenue more than doubling year-on-year as demand for AI infrastructure continued to accelerate. Strong Data Center growth, the ramp-up of Vera Rubin and an unusually bullish outlook suggest the AI investment cycle still has considerable room to run, although supply constraints, rising memory costs and China remain important risks.

CoreWeave Q2 2026: Growth Accelerates as AI Demand Continues to Outrun Supply

CoreWeave delivered another quarter of exceptional revenue growth, a rapidly expanding backlog and stronger guidance. But the scale of investment required to support that growth remains equally extraordinary, keeping debt, interest costs and capital expenditure at the centre of the investment debate.
