Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in the currency shown at checkout, in advance, for the period you select. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect the period already paid for.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Access

A subscription is a personal, non-transferable licence to the research included in your plan. Sharing paid content outside your licence may lead to suspension.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by third-party providers on their hosted pages; we never see your full card details.
