About Frontline Tankers plc

Frontline plc is one of the world’s leading oil tanker companies, focused on the seaborne transportation of crude oil and refined petroleum products. The company owns and operates a large fleet of modern tankers, including very large crude carriers, Suezmax tankers, and LR2/Aframax vessels, serving energy companies, traders, refiners, and other customers across global oil markets.

Frontline sits at the centre of the physical energy transport chain. Its earnings are closely linked to tanker freight rates, oil trade flows, vessel supply, sanctions, geopolitical disruptions, and changes in global refining and crude export patterns. This makes the company more cyclical than traditional energy majors, but also gives it strong exposure to periods when tanker capacity is tight, trade routes lengthen, or demand for compliant, modern vessels increases.

Strong Data Center growth, the ramp-up of Vera Rubin and an unusually bullish outlook suggest the AI investment cycle still has considerable room to run, although supply constraints, rising memory costs and China remain important risks.
